Master the song you recorded at home, ready to release
Upload your mix, pick a sound style and get files that are as loud as the songs around them and on spec, with a report that says what to fix in the mix. Most take under a minute. No plugins to buy, no mastering engineer to hire.

4 home recording problems we fix
Quieter than other songs in a playlist
We set the loudness to -14 LUFS (the unit for how loud a song is), the level Spotify and YouTube use, so listeners don't reach for the volume when your song comes on.
Mixed on headphones, harsh or fizzy on other speakers
Harsh highs at 3–7kHz and fizz above 7kHz come down only when they go over, and the rest of the song is not squashed, because we split the sound into 4 bands. Pick Soft if the song is very bright.
Not sure the file is on spec
You get 44.1kHz WAV in both 24-bit and 16-bit, and a 6-point check report that says, one by one, whether the loudness, true peak, file format, length, leading silence and source file pass.
Not sure what is wrong with the mix
The report tells you when it finds clipping, a song that was already limited, sounds that drop on a single speaker or bass that is out of phase, with how to fix each in the mix.
From finished mix to release file in 3 steps
Export your mix
Bounce vocals and music to one file: WAV, FLAC or MP3, up to 300MB and 10 minutes. Turn off the last limiter you added for loudness before you export.
Step 1 of 3
Pick a sound style
No knobs to turn. Just pick Balanced, Bright or Soft. Not sure? Pick Balanced.
Step 2 of 3
Get the files and the report
Most songs take under a minute. You get 2 WAV files and a check report, ready to pass on to your distributor (the company that sends songs to streaming).
Step 3 of 3
Good to know first
- We master; we do not mix. Mix and bounce to one file first. A buried vocal or a boomy bass has to be fixed in the mix.
- Clipping that is already in the file cannot be undone. The report says so and how to fix it in the mix.
- We do not remove room noise such as an air conditioner or echo.
- One song at a time. Mastering a whole album at once is not supported yet.
- You must have the rights to the song you upload: you wrote it, or you have the rights holder's permission.
Frequently asked questions
I record with a phone or a cheap microphone. Will it work?
Yes, as long as the file is a finished mix. MOYS makes the song loud enough, brings down harsh highs and puts the file on spec. It does not fix noise or echo that was recorded with the take.
How should I export my mix?
WAV is best, at your project's own sample rate and bit depth. A 48kHz file is fine: we convert it to 44.1kHz. MP3 works, but a WAV or FLAC will sound better.
I have no studio monitors. How do I know the master is good?
When it is done you can switch between before and after at the same loudness, so loudness does not fool you. The report also says if some sounds drop on a single speaker. Listen on your usual headphones and phone too.
Can I adjust the sound myself?
Yes. The MOYS Studio is a page for mastering by hand in the browser, with a 6-point EQ, bass centering, harshness control, a clipper and a limiter. Turn a knob and hear it at once, and compare with the original at the same loudness. WAV export is unlimited and uses no credits, and your song is never uploaded. It works on a computer and on an iPad held sideways. You sign in when you press Export.
How much does it cost?
During the Beta the first 3 songs are free, with no card needed. One song uses 1 credit, and a failed master gives the credit back by itself. After that, buy more credits for 27–39 baht per song depending on the pack. The Studio is free with no limit.
